Matt Nightingale | Group General Manager
Matt joined H2flow initially as a water truck operator but through sheer hard work and dedication was quickly promoted through the ranks to various operational and supervisory roles within H2flow Hire. Combining his wealth of in-the- field operational knowledge and extensive people and systems Management experience, Matt now leads the H2flow Management team in his role of Group General Manager. Matt loves spending quality time with his young family while juggling his passion for fishing and enjoying the great outdoors.
Anthony Betts | General Manager - Sales
Anthony is well known throughout the industry, having a vast amount of knowledge and experience that proves invaluable for our clients. His customer-first approach has made him well liked in the industry. When not at work, Anthony is a keen outdoorsman and loves his fishing.
Phill Mulherin | Operations Manager
Phill started with H2flow as a casual driver working weekends whilst maintaining his day-to-day business in the insurance industry. Fast forward a couple of years, Phill decided to get out from behind the computer screen to sit behind the windscreen as a full-time driver. It wasn’t long before Phill moved through the ranks, moving from Senior Driver to Operations Supervisor and now after more than 10 years Phil leads the division as our Operations Manager. Outside of work, Phill enjoys quiet coffee time his wife and spending time with his family.
Royce Dowling | Fleet Service Manager
Royce is our Fleet Service Manager, with primary responsibility for our workshops and ensuring that all trucks and equipment is in pristine working order. Royce was the first full-time employee of H2flow and is a trained mechanic, specialising in diesel motors. Royce has a keen interest in photography when not covered in grease!
Johannah Wagstaff | Administration Manager
Jo joined the H2flow Hire family back in 2010. Jo looks after the accounts and HR functions within H2flow Hire. As well as being a proud mum, Jo has a keen interest in sewing and continues to amaze us with what she can produce. On weekends, you will find her at one of the many council dog parks with her crazy kelpie, Lil!
