Pacific Motorway Upgrade: Varsity Lakes to Burleigh – VL2B

Upgrade of the Pacific Motorway (M1) between Varsity Lakes to Burleigh on Queensland’s Gold Coast. The upgrade includes widening a 2km section of the motorway to three lanes in each direction between Varsity Lakes and Burleigh (Exit 87) and adding a 4th northbound lane between Burleigh (Exit 81) and Reedy Creek (exit 85).
Indooroopilly Riverwalk

The $37 million Indooroopilly Riverwalk project for Brisbane City Council (BCC)
involves the construction of a new five-metre-wide separated cyclist and pedestrian facility, upgrade of the intersection at Foxton and Radnor Street and the installation of a viewing platform on the riverwalk overlooking the Brisbane River.
Sumners Road Interchange upgrade, Jamboree Heights

An $80M interchange upgrade at Sumners Road, Jamboree Heights, which will remove the old bridge and replace it with two new bridges with a total of six lanes.
Bruce Highway Upgrade - Caloundra Road to Sunshine Motorway (CR2SM)

Upgrade of the Bruce Highway to six lanes between Caloundra Road and the Sunshine Motorway. This includes major upgrades to both interchanges and the delivery of a two-way service road for local traffic on the western side of the highway between Steve Irwin Way and Tanawha Tourist Drive.
M1/M3 Gateway Merge Upgrade

Major upgrade on the Pacific Motorway between Eight Mile Plains and Rochedale. The project included the widening of up to five southbound motorway lanes between Eight Mile Plains and Rochedale South (Exit 19).
Pacific Motorway Upgrade: Mudgeeraba to Varsity Lakes (M2VL)
April 2018 – June 2020

Upgrade of the Pacific Motorway (M1) between Mudgeeraba and Varsity Lakes on Queensland’s Gold Coast. The upgrade includes widening a 5.7km section of the motorway to three lanes in each direction between Mudgeeraba (Exit 79) and Varsity Lakes (Exit 85), and a fourth lane northbound between Robina (Exit 82) and The Link Way (Exit 80), in addition to extending entry ramps and exit ramps.
Kingsford Smith Drive Upgrade

The Kingsford Smith Drive upgrade is a major Brisbane City Council project, which involves widening the road from four to six lanes between Theodore Street at Eagle Farm and Cooksley Street at Hamilton. It also includes improvement works between Cooksley Street and Breakfast Creek Road at Albion.
Gold Coast Light Rail - Stage 2

Construction of the 2nd stage of the Gold Coast's Light Rail extension from Parkwood to Helensvale commenced in April 2016 and concluded in late 2017, in time to support the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Moreton Bay Rail Link (MBRL)
January 2014 – January 2016

The Moreton Bay Rail Link project included construction of a 12.6 kilometre dual-track passenger rail line between Petrie and Kippa-Ring, including six new rail stations at Kallangur, Murrumba Downs, Mango Hill, Mango Hill East, Rothwell and Kippa-Ring. This was a joint funding project by the Australian and Queensland Government and the Moreton Bay Regional Council.
Legacy Way Tunnel

Legacy Way is a $2.4 billion project comprising of a 4.6km underground tunnel toll road that links the Western Freeway at Toowong, with the Inner City Bypass at Herston. The tunnel was designed and constructed by Transcity JV, in conjunction with the Brisbane City Council, BMD, Ghella and Acciona.
